     The DP200B dual channel high precision desktop pulse source measure unit is the newly developed high precision, large dynamic, digital touch source measure unit.The max output voltage of one single channel is 100V, and the max pulse output current is 30A. It supports four quadrant operation, and two channels can work independently or in combination.

      The DP200B source measure unit is suitable for users in various industries, especially for analyzing the characteristics of modern semiconductors, nanodevices and materials, organic semiconductors, printed electronics technology, and other small-sized, low-power devices.
