High Current Pulse Source Measure Unit HCP100 Max 30A 50V Source Meter Unit

     The HCP100 high current desktop pulse source measure unit has DC and pulse output capabilities, with max pulse output current 30A and max output voltage 50V. It supports four quadrant operation, with output and measurement accuracy of up to 0.1%. It can be widely used in power MOS testing, Schottky diode testing, rectifier bridge stack testing, and solar cell module testing.
