      The HCP200 high current desktop pulse source measure unit support DC and pulse output, with max pulse output current 50A and max output voltage 50V. It supports four quadrant operation, with output and measurement accuracy of up to 0.1%. It is very suitable for testing solar cell modules and RF device.

▪ 250k sampling rate and 50A pulse range are specially suitable for solar cell modules and RF device testing.

▪ Can be used to test the electrical performance parameters of semiconductors: I,V,R, and It is the universal and standardized instrument.

▪ Standard SCPI instruction set and DLL library,and easy for customer to secondary develop.

▪ Supports 2-wire/4-wire measurement function.

▪ Supports IO triggering input and output,max 5V,with configurable triggering polarity.
