      The HCP300 high current desktop pulse source measure unit support four quadrant operation, with max pulse output current 100A and max output voltage 100V.Its measurement accuracy is up to 0.1%. It is very suitable for testing solar cell modules and RF device.

▪ 250k sampling rate and 100A pulse range are specially suitable for high current and high-power devices testing,such as RF device and solar cell modules.

Easy to build semiconductor electrical performance testing solutions,with characteristic of   universal and standardized,precise measurement of weak current signals.

▪ Standard SCPI instruction set and DLL library,and easy for customer to secondary develop.

▪ Supports 2-wire/4-wire measurement function.

▪ Supports IO triggering input and output,max 5V,with configurable triggering polarity.
